Shipping Policy

When you deal with us at pde-5, there's one thing about us that will remain in your memory--that we are transparent in our dealings with you, fast to deliver your chosen products and reliable. To know more about our amazing shipping policy, please continue to read here.

What's in it for you?

    •Our maximum weight per order is 500 gm. anything more than this will be shipped in several shipments as per the quantity of the total consignment.
    •We deliver our products to specific addresses of homes or offices but not to P.O. Box numbers.
    •Within 48 hours of receiving your order, we send out your order. If you place your order on a weekend or a holiday, your order will be shipped on the first business day after resumption of work.
    •Once the product shipped to you by courtesy of our Shipping Department, our Customer Support Department will send you an email. Your order is guaranteed to reach you within the time specified to you. In case you don't receive it as promised, contact us immediately and we will reship your order if we are at fault.

Shipping Methods

    •We ship our orders to a physical address only, not to a Post Box No.
    •If your order amount is:

        •Under $300, it will be sent to you by registered post or through EMS express consignment.

        •About $300-$500, it will be delivered to you by registered post or EMS express consignment. If shipped by registered post, it will not be chargeable to you.

        •More than $500, again it will be at no cost to you and through EMS express.

    •We are not responsible for incomplete or wrong addresses sent by our customers. To avoid such lapses, we urge our customers to recheck the addresses before sending them to us.
    •After we verify the order with our customers, we ship the order. Once the product is sent out from our location, we send the customer an email to that effect.
    •Customers are required to save this email so that they can refer to it if the delivery is late or they have a query regarding it.

How we work

    •When you place your order for quality medicines with us, you will receive an email notification within 24 hours about confirmation of your order.
    •Within 48 hours of receiving your order, we send out your order. If you place your order on a weekend or a holiday, your order will be shipped on the first business day after resumption of work.    
    •Once we ship your order, you will receive an email notification about the shipment of your order with all the tracking details.

Tracking Your Order  

    •Every parcel that we ship out is given a unique tracking number by the Shipment Company which should be used to find out its location.

Privacy of Your Order

    •We appreciate your need for privacy and therefore pack your medicines carefully so that the delivery person is completely unaware of the contents.
