In case of non delivery of products or damaged products, we offer our customers a 100% refund. We also offer to reship your products absolutely free, if you are dissatisfied with the products or services you receive or we send you the wrong products, or if you receive damaged products or the medication you ordered is delivered to a wrong address.
If you receive wrong or damaged products, you just need to send us a return request through an email, we will reship the right ones to you absolutely free. For this, we will need to have your order number and a good reason why you're returning our products. Unfortunately, we can only refund your shipping charges if the products you receive are damaged or defective.
We offer absolutely hassle free exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt, except in the following cases:
If your product is defective but unopened: If the product you receive is damaged or defective and unopened, you can send it back to us this non-prescription product along with your invoice and avail credit against the full price you paid.
You can cancel your order not exceeding 24 hours after placing it, if it hasn't been sent to you already.
Method of obtaining a refund or reshipment
If you opt for a refund of your invoice amount or for your goods to be reshipped, just follow the steps mentioned below:
1. Send us an email notification indicating your problem and order details.
2. In your complaint, don't just mention your Order Number but also the reason for cancelling your order or asking for a reshipment or refund as per your choice.
3. After receipt of your complaint our customer support team will review your case and will send an email confirmation to you within next 24 hours.
4. On receipt of email confirmation from our customer support you need to send the product back to us with original packing and invoice.
5. After we receive the product back we will reship the new product or refund your money as per your choice.
